SERVICES

It is salon policy to give a price consultation before every new service you receive. Please feel free to discuss your budget to our stylist’s before receiving any services.

We guarantee all of our services only when you enjoy the Paul Mitchell wardrobe
one of our expert salon professionals have recommended for your take home at that
time of service.

When creating our services and pricing menu, we decided on a tiered pricing system
which will allow us to assist future professionals with a career path in our industry.
All of our stylist have been through an intense 12 week training program to certify in each service they offer. The salon continues their education every four weeks year round. Our confidence under the artistic direction of Paul Mitchell Systems is that each level will serve you both technically and personally with the highest level of service
possible.

LATHER LOUNGE EXPERIENCE

This is a relaxing and soothing experience. Lie back in our comfortable shampoo
chairs and enjoy a calming 10-15 minute scalp massage. Dim lighting, soft music,
and tea tree aromatherapy will enhance your senses and let you step away from the
stresses of the day!

This experience is complimentary with all our hair services. You will receive a
Lather Lounge menu and choose two free additional add-on’s such as: Hot Towels,
Warm Hand Wraps, Cooling Eye Mask, Aromatherapy, and/or Neck Massage. We consider
the shampoo to be the beginning of an incredible salon experience.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal checks and cash.

A $25 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

If you would like to tip your stylist please note that we do not accept tips on credit cards. Tips are accepted in cash or checks only.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Considering a gift for someone special in your life?  A certificate for a haircut, color, tanning, or hair straightening treatment in our Yorkville, IL salon makes an excellent, thoughtful gift!

Phone and mail orders are available. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.

While some gift cards may show an expiration date; the gift certificates that have been purchased from our salon do not expire. The cash value will remain the same. Only promotion gift cards will expire.

CHECK IN
Please arrive 5 minutes early for your first appointment. This will allow us time to collect your correct information, give you a salon tour and start your relaxation process!

We ask that you please silence your cell phone during your Lather Lounge Experience.

In order to enjoy a complete state of relaxation for you and all of our guests we recommend children join our salon only when they are receiving services or have adult supervision. (We understand that this is not always possible and welcome everyone in our salon!)


CANCELLATIONS

We ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance for cancellations because our services
are reserved for you. We understand situations arise. There will be no charge for
services if it happens less than three times a year.

We will ask for a credit card to schedule services only if cancellations continue
to occur. Failure to cancel your reservation without a 24 hour notice and this occurring
more than three times in one year, you will then pay a 50% charge for the service.

We will require a credit for all future appointments if you do not call our salon to cancel an appointment and not show up to it. You will be charged 50% of your services scheduled for any future appointments not cancelled within 24 hours.

The salon as a courtesy, confirms reservations at your request, but it is the guests’
sole responsibility to remember their reservation.
